16-20 dove breasts, filleted
2 cups milk
Black pepper
2 eggs
2 cups flour
Fajita seasoning

Beat the eggs and milk together in a large bowl. Season the breasts with pepper and fajita seasonings. Soak the filleted breasts in the milk mixture for 30-45 minutes. Heat the oil in a cast iron skillet over medium high heat.

Place the flour in a large Ziploc bag and shake the breasts in the flour. Re-dip them in milk and shake in flour again. Cook until golden brown. Serve with cream gravy for an appetizer or add mashed potatoes and biscuits to make a meal.
