12 large fresh mushrooms
1 Serrano pepper, seeded
3-4 dove breasts, cooked & deboned
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 bacon strips, cooked & crumbled
Remove stems from mushrooms.
Dice the meat and pepper.
Combine the dove and Serrano pepper. Stuff mushroom caps with dove/pepper mixture and sprinkle with cheese and bacon.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Garnish with parsley or cilantro.
